This policy explains what we collect when you buy or use TRB Plugins.

Payments

Our payment processor handles your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive order details from it (such as order ID, product, email and country), never your full card details.

Licensing

To issue a key we store your Discord user ID, the product and game, your server's machine code and cluster ID, and the dates of registration and moves.

Discord and support

Support tickets are private channels on our Discord server. When a ticket closes, a transcript is kept for 1 year for support and dispute purposes, then deleted.

Plugins

Free plugins make no network connections. Paid plugins check their key offline and currently make no network connections. If that changes, we will update this policy first and list exactly what is sent.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete your data at our Discord support channel. We may keep order records where the law requires it.
