Terms of Service

These terms cover plugins sold by TRB Plugins, based in the United States, ("we"). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which may handle payment-related inquiries and any refunds it is required to process.

1. Licence

When you buy a plugin you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to run it on the server machine and cluster registered to your key, for the game (ASE or ASA) you bought. You may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or remove the licence check from the plugin.

2. Licence keys

Keys are issued through our Discord bot. You may move a key under the rules on our Licensing page. We may revoke keys used in breach of these terms, or for orders that are refunded or charged back.

3. Support and updates

We provide support and updates for as long as it is reasonably feasible, for example while the game and its server plugin loaders (ArkServerApi for ASE, AsaApi for ASA) remain compatible. Game or API updates may break a plugin; we will try to fix it but cannot guarantee it.

4. No warranty

Plugins are provided "as is". Always keep backups of your server. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, downtime or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.

5. Third parties

ARK is owned by Studio Wildcard / Snail Games. ArkServerApi and AsaApi are third-party projects. We are not affiliated with either.

6. Refunds

All sales are final; see our Refund Policy. Our payment processor may refund in limited cases under its own terms or where the law requires it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
