Refund Policy: all sales final

Last updated: October 29, 2026

All sales are final. Our plugins are digital goods delivered with a licence key, so we do not offer refunds once an order is complete.

Keys that won't work

If your licence key or plugin won't work, open a Licence Issue ticket on our Discord server and we'll get it fixed.

Our payment processor and your legal rights

Payments are handled by our payment processor, which may still issue a refund in limited cases under its own buyer terms, and where the law requires it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If a refund is issued, the licence key for that order is revoked.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. A chargeback revokes the key and blocks future purchases.
